A Century of Innovation Meets Modern Workplace Design

Celebrating 100 years in operation, Cleveland Electric’s new 48,000-square-foot headquarters in Atlanta reflects both its rich history and forward-thinking mindset. Designed by Corgan, the fitout blends modern functionality with timeless craftsmanship — creating an environment that fosters connection, collaboration, and productivity.

To support this vision, Acoufelt delivered architectural acoustic solutions to improve comfort and sound quality throughout the workplace.

Addressing Acoustic Needs in an Evolving Workspace

Modern offices must balance collaboration with focus. In this open-plan headquarters, acoustic control was a key design driver. Acoufelt worked closely with Corgan to deliver a suite of soft architectural products that support multiple working styles while enhancing the overall workspace experience.

Acoustic Products Featured in the Project

Regular Ceiling Panels

Soft Architecture and Workplace Performance

Corgan’s design for Cleveland Electric’s Atlanta headquarters exemplifies how acoustics and soft architecture can transform a workspace.

Acoufelt’s soft architectural products helped define quiet zones, collaborative areas, and circulation paths—without compromising design intent. Every product in this fitout was engineered to support speech clarity and reduce distraction, contributing to a workplace that’s both productive and human-centred.

By integrating sound management and spatial flexibility with the company’s legacy and innovative spirit, the project creates a modern, functional, and inspiring environment that celebrates Cleveland Electric’s century of excellence.
