Acoufelt are constantly seeking ways to improve and deepen the impacts of our corporate social responsibility investments, across all aspects of our business.Â
We take pride in our active efforts to take responsible action within the following areas: environmental sustainability, charitable donations, ethical sourcing and diversity and inclusion. Our philanthropic endeavours align with our company value commitment to ‘Do what is right’, as well as reflect our triple bottom line value approach.

Where possible, and without compromising on quality, we pursue sustainable practices in manufacturing that close the loop on the circular economy through careful and considered raw material sourcing.
Acoufelt’s primary material components; FilaSorbâ„¢ felt and QuietBackâ„¢ carpet tiles, are both made from regenerated PET fibres with a minimum of 60% recycled content, and our BarrierBackâ„¢ carpet tiles are also made from ECONYL® regenerated fibres.Â
Supported by a strong track record of donations, we are committed to undertaking regular monetary-based donations to charity. This includes an annual donation to Rapid Relief Fund (RRT), which supports a number of beneficiaries within key areas of Emergency & Disaster Relief, Homelessness, Domestic Violence and Youth and Health & Disability.
On top of monetary donations, we have also made it our responsibility to make product contributions to projects and causes we align with, including hunger relief charity ‘FoodBank’, the Women’s and Children’s Hospital School, as well as the sustainable, modular research hub ‘Legacy Living Lab’.
