It’s a way of encouraging the team to take a break from the everyday rush and focus on what truly matters, themselves. Whether it’s catching up on rest, spending time with loved ones, or just doing something that brings joy, this day is all about personal wellbeing.
We know life can get busy, and sometimes it’s hard to find time for yourself, this is why we’ve built the Wellness Day into our calendar—it’s a reminder to pause, breathe, and reset. It is part of our broader commitment to ensuring a healthy work life balance for everyone at Acoufelt.
